3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bte629, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Pakistan Passport (valid or expired within the last five years)
• NICOP for overseas Pakistanis

bte629 will not process withdrawals from an Account that has not completed KYC verification. Providing false or forged identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

bte629 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and, in some cases, Account suspension pending investigation.

bte629 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bte629 accepts no responsibility. Deposit credits are applied to your Wallet Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant provider.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified bte629 Accounts are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before those funds become withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of the request.
• bte629 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited and will be declined.

bte629 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. In exceptional circumstances where a Player requests an expedited or alternative withdrawal method, an administrative fee may apply and will be disclosed prior to processing.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bte629 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity window.
• bte629 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account closure.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, bte629's determination is final.

8. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sportsbook markets on bte629. Sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant betting markets.

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. bte629 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after confirmation.
• Odds changes: If odds change between the time you select them and the time your bet is confirmed, you will be notified. bte629 may accept the bet at the new odds, decline the bet, or prompt you to confirm at the revised price.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the bet slip and may differ by market and event.
• Void bets: bte629 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by verified errors in odds, data feed failures, or manifest mistakes. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Wallet Balance.
• Live in-play: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to availability. Brief suspensions during critical match moments are applied automatically by the system.
• Match abandonment: In the event of match abandonment or postponement, individual sport rules determine settlement. Typically, matches not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are treated as void.
• Results: Official results as recognised by the relevant governing body are used for settlement. PSL match results are settled according to the Pakistan Cricket Board official scorecard.

All casino games offered on the bte629 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. bte629 does not alter game outcomes in any manner.

By playing casino games on bte629, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All casino games carry a house edge, which means the expected return to the player is less than 100% over time.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) values are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, the outcome of the interrupted game round will be determined by the game provider's server result. bte629 will honour the server-side result upon reconnection.
• Technical errors or display anomalies in game software do not create a valid claim for winnings that were not generated by a genuine game outcome.
• bte629 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings arising from software faults or manifest errors pending investigation.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bte629 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potentially legal action:

• Registering multiple Accounts or operating accounts on behalf of third parties
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with bte629 systems
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge that affects the outcome
• Collusion with other players to exploit bonus terms or betting markets
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information
• Money laundering or using bte629 as a vehicle for processing illicit funds
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate bte629 software or platform features
• Harassment of other players or bte629 staff through any communication channel
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction imposed by bte629

11. Responsible Gaming

bte629 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide every registered Player with access to the following tools, free of charge, at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a specified period of play.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders of your total session duration at intervals you choose.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with no possibility of reopening for a minimum period of six months.

14. Limitation of Liability

bte629's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bte629's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Suspension and Termination

bte629 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Risk management determinations at bte629's sole discretion

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, bte629 may forfeit any Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds. Where closure is initiated at the Player's request or for legitimate responsible gaming reasons, any real-money Wallet Balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bte629 support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the bte629 service, please follow the process below:
